It's here: An affordable conference that will be a great resource to SUNY schools! Full conference registration is $199 per person and includes meals, lectures, workshops and transportation to event sites. The conference features a Keynote Speaker, an exciting culinary competition and workshops including Indian cuisine, retail trends, vegan charcuterie and exciting new pasta entrées. It's a great team-building experience and opportunity to network with chefs, assistant chefs and dining staff from across the state! The University at Buffalo is hosting a team competition sanctioned by the ACF. The competition is classified as a Category W, Customized Wildcard Market Basket Competition for 8 teams of 4. Judges will offer individual critiques to contestants at the close of the competition, and ACF medals will be awarded.

The main hotel for the conference will be the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Amherst on Flint Rd. The cost per night is $104 plus tax unless NYS tax exempt, then the school should bring their tax exempt form for the hotel upon check in. The block of rooms will be available until May 25th.
